**ICT Communication Support**:

Das Team ICT Communication Support ist sehr vielseitig und deckt ein breites Spektrum ab: vom Support einzelner Netzanschlüsse bis zur eigenständigen Abwicklung von Kleinprojekten für interne und externe Kunden. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team betreust du eine der faszinierendsten und wichtigsten IT-Infrastrukturen des gesamten Flughafens. Du bist ein verantwortungsbewusster, dienstleistungsorientierter Teamplayer und bietest unseren Kunden professionelle Beratung.

**Das ist dein Job**:

- Personeller und fachlicher Aufbau sowie Führung des Teams mit 5 Mitarbeitenden, einschliesslich Bereitschaftsdienstplanung und Mitarbeiter-Einsatz
- Du bist verantwortlich für den kosteneffizienten Einsatz von Betriebsmitteln, Kostenüberwachung und Budgetierung
- Die Inbetriebsetzung und Abnahme neuer Systeme, Netzwerke und Kommunikationslösungen gehören zu deinem «daily business»
- Du stellst die korrekte Inventarisierung und Verrechnung der unterstützten ICT-Services an interne und externe Kunden (Rohdaten-Lieferung) sicher
- Externe Mitarbeitende und Partnern führst du fachlich und organisatorisch

**Das macht dich aus**:

- Du bist eine starke Führungsperson mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Teamleitung
- Deine Stärken liegen in der operativen Betreuung komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen in den Bereichen LAN, WLAN, Routing, Telefonie, VPN und Firewall
- Von Vorteil hast du Security Erfahrungen auf Cisco ASA, Firepower, McAfee und WAF (F5)
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Datacenter (ACI) und Loadbalancing (AVI) sind ein Plus
- Für Fahrten auf dem Vorfeld brauchst du zwingend den Führerschein Kategorie B
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Fachenglischkenntnisse
