Job Description

After your introduction, you will be autonomously responsible for the infrastructural building management of the assigned buildings in a competent team within the building area HI.

Actively managing our CAFM system (Planon) is also part of your duties.

Your Profile

• You have completed a manual trade qualification or as a maintenance technician as well as further training as a property caretaker with a federal certificate or the willingness to acquire it.
• You have already gained profound knowledge in infrastructural building management in a challenging building complex.
• You have experience in dealing with external companies (providers, suppliers).
• Interacting with different target groups in an academic environment brings you joy.

You see yourself as a versatile team player, a proactive and entrepreneurial personality who, in addition to quick comprehension, also keeps a cool head in hectic situations. You have a strong customer service orientation to meet the high demands of our customers.

In addition to high social skills, you have in-depth knowledge of MS-Office programs. You are fluent in German both verbally and in writing and can ideally communicate in English. You are confident in dealing with various target groups, even in a demanding academic environment. You work very independently, as part of a team, and are customer-oriented. Your confident demeanor and communication skills are qualities that set you apart to successfully and punctually accomplish your tasks with high quality.
