Dein Verantwortungsbereich

  • P&L Verantwortung für den Bereich Advanced Solutions (AS) / VAD (Value Added Distribution) Geschäft
  • Senior Relationship Management mit Herstellern und Partnern im AS Bereich
  • Unterstützung bei Grossprojekten mit den jeweiligen Herstellern und Partnern
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der strategischen Ausrichtung der Business Unit in Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen Country Management Team, dem regionalen Management Team, und den wichtigsten europäischen Führungskräften
  • Identifizieren von Marktwachstumschancen, diese nutzen und ausschöpfen, Marktanteile gewinnen, um gemeinsam die Budget Ziele zu erreichen
  • Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Coaching der ca. 80 Mitarbeitenden im Bereich AS in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen AS Management-Team
