Description du poste
- Gestion de l'accueil, des arrivées et départs
- Recevoir toutes les réservations effectuées par téléphone, mail ou en ligne
- Assurer un accueil personnalisé à la demande client
- Finaliser la clôture des rapports de nuit
- Identifier rapidement les besoins du client et offrir une solution et un argumentaire adapté
- Gestion des plaintes
- Connaître l'environnement de l'établissement pour être force de proposition en matière de prestations
- Être en relation permanente avec les autres services de l'hôtel
**Qualifications**:
- Langues : Français ET Anglais. Autre langue un atout
- Sens du contact et aisance relationnelle
- Excellente présentation, souriante, dynamique, flexible
- Esprit d'équipe et entregent
- Expérience requise en hôtellerie
- Connaissances du système OPERA un atout
