Food Technologist Dairy

Location:
Satigny (Geneva), Switzerland

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for providing the best technical services for selective Sweet Goods key clients and markets with a specific focus on Dairy and Dairy analogs.
• Become the EUR technical coordinator for key customers requiring high project management skills
• Manage and lead projects efficiently and autonomously from brief to customer presentation
• Develop new food & beverage formulations in line with Industry standards and trends & consolidate our portfolio accordingly

We Value:

• MSc degree in Food Sciences or equivalent
• Food or food ingredients background and + 10 years work experience in a food/beverage or ingredients industrial environment
• Proven deep experience in Project Management involving solid leadership, communication and presentation skills
• Proven experience in Food Formulation ideally in dairy, dairy analogs or nutrition area
• Solid understanding of UHT process
• Keen on benchwork in a food laboratory environment
• Capable of handling multiple projects in a methodical manner, within short deadlines
• Good team spirit and service orientated mindset
• Fluent in English, a second European language is a plus
