Join Our Team as a Group Leader for Albumin Production

Located in Bern, we are currently seeking a Group Leader for Albumin within our Production Department. In this role, you will lead a team of 5-6 employees, ensuring the qualitative, quantitative, and timely completion of production orders.

• Providing both technical and personnel leadership, coordinating activities, and setting clear goals
• Promoting collaboration and fostering a responsible work environment
• Actively participating in the production process and supporting the team
• Ensuring the functionality of the Albumin facility
• Operating equipment for cleaning purposes
• Timely provision of equipment and materials for bulk production, documenting work, and adhering to protocols and guidelines
• Collaborating closely with the 2nd Group Leader and specialists from various departments
• Participating in problem-solving processes
• Contributing to the development of team members

We are looking for a proactive and flexible individual with a strong sense of responsibility towards work and team support. If you have a completed vocational training in the food, pharmaceutical, or technical field, experience in personnel management, and a solution-oriented approach with a keen eye for quality, then you might be the one we are looking for.
