Key Responsibilities:
- Develop chemical processes up to production by integrating principles of process safety and complying with high environmental standards.
- Implement cuttingedge technologies, with a focus on flow chemistry and continuous manufacturing.
- Participate as expert in the transfer of new ingredient processes to our global production plants.
- Maintain high level of expertise through review of the current scientific literature, industrial stateoftheart, and participation in scientific seminars and meetings
- Prepare scientific reports and ensure appropriate communication of technical results at S&R meetings.
You bring:
_**- _ PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with practical experiences in both organic chemistry and continuous flow chemistry._
- _ Experience in continuous reactor scale-up is a plus._
- _ Ability to work independently and as team member to achieve results._
- _ Passion for process development and novel technologies._
- _ Curious, open-minded, highly motivated with excellent communication skills._
- _ Fluency in English, proficiency in French is a plus._
