Your Role:
You will orchestrate with precision all organizational and administrative matters, including coordinating business travels, processing and handling of expenses, event and meeting planning, calendar management, and stakeholder management.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide full
administrative support to SVP Contract Logistics in an organized and proactive manner; - Handle
travel and event coordination, booking and organization of travel, hotels, and events, including an annual conference; #LI-AM - Liaise with
diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally, around the world; - Cover
office administration, prepare reports, documents, and presentation materials.
Your Skills and Experiences:
- Proven experience as a PA (Personal Assistan) or Administrative Assistant, with at least 2 years of relevant experience;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently; Experience with senior level stakeholder engagement;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with people at all levels of the organization;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular expertise in PowerPoint and Projects;
- Fluency in English is required.
