In short

We are seeking an experienced Concept Designer with an exceptional design portfolio and a robust background in the industry. In this role, you will spearhead our innovation and design initiatives, collaborating closely with our ESG (Sustainability) team as well as the rest of the innovation team. As an innovative expert, your main responsibility will involve discovering, scouting, and executing revolutionary concepts and solutions to transition our products away from fossil fuels and engineer them with a focus on circularity.

The outcomes of your work will serve as building blocks, establishing a solid foundation for subsequent teams. Always pushing for a more sustainable solution and striving to revolutionize product and manufacturing technologies.

Your Mission
  • You will play a pivotal role in steering our organization towards new horizons of innovation, sustainability, and excellence. If you are a dynamic person who is ready to change the status quo of the industry, we invite you to embark on this transformative journey with us.
  • Collaborating closely with the innovation engineering and development team, you will decode product requirements and existing processes. Leveraging your interdisciplinary expertise, you will introduce innovative manufacturing solutions, drawing inspiration from diverse industries, to transcend boundaries in ease, speed, agility, and sustainability.
  • With an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach, you will help to guide a small team driven by intrinsic motivation. Your role is instrumental in providing creative solutions to seemingly impossible problems, contributing to continuous innovation that pushes the boundaries of materials, technology, and processes, all while maintaining a strategic focus on radical sustainable product concepts. Your ability to keep sight of the big picture, without getting lost in details, is crucial for success.
Your story
  • Hold a bachelor or master's degree in industrial design or a related field.
  • You possess over 8+ years of experience working within a team dedicated to creating cutting-edge innovation solutions.
  • Experience in leading big projects in an agile environment is a must; sports industry experience is a plus
  • Demonstrate a profound interest and background in sustainability, coupled with a strong drive to redefine the boundaries of product design and innovation.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an innovative mind
  • Display a keen interest in sports products
  • Showcase deep knowledge in advanced materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Thrive in collaborative environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
