Position Summary

To reinforce the Operations team of BGS, a high-performing team with a startup mindset, and contribute to Nestlé's growth, we are currently looking for a
Demand & Supply Planner for our exciting and dynamic Cross-Border eCommerce (CBEC) business.
Reporting to the Demand & Supply Planning Manager, your main responsibilities will be to ensure the highest finished goods availability to our customers and consumers (right quantity, right place, right time, right freshness) whilst optimizing the total delivered costs through managing, challenging, and optimizing the E2E Supply Chain with an effective DSP process.
A day in the life of a Demand & Supply Planner
- Coordinate and contribute to the Nestlé Monthly Business Planning (MBP) process with key stakeholders from the CBEC related business challenge Demand Forecasts, provide visibility on the Supply plans with projected Stock levels, Bad goods risks, etc.
- Ensure an 18month Supply / Replenishment plan with Producers is in place to satisfy customer needs, considering both the network complexity and supply constraints.
- Establish stock policies for Finished Goods.
- Challenge Producers on a regular basis to review MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), frozen production period, and Raw & Packaging inventory levels to improve the Supply performance and reduce the risk of Bad Goods.
- Analyze and effectively communicate Supply issues.
- Maintain and enhance SAP APO Master Data.
- Coordinate the physical replenishment flows of our warehouse for CBEC.
What will make you successful
- University degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or Information Technology.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant operational experience in Demand Planning and/or Supply Planning.
- Proficiency in SAP APO, MS Excel, PowerBi.
- Team player, with excellent communication skills, and demonstrated ability to work effectively across different functions and organizations.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Openminded, curious, looking for solutions to improve efficiency of operations.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
