We are looking for an auxiliary Assistant with an activity rate of at least 40% (16 hours a week).
Your assignments and tasks will include:
- Managing of client files (from opening new mandates to archiving);
- Typing, drafting and proofreading correspondence;
- Preparation and layout of correspondence as well as presentation supports;
- Organization of business trips, meetings with clients and conferences;
- Interacting with clients, thirdparties and authorities;
- As a student, you are willing to commit yourself in this position for at least two semesters;
- French native speaker, you have a very good command of English, in particular strong oral skills (at least general level B2);
- You have some flexibility in your personal organization and are reliable;
- You have a very good team spirit and are an enthusiastic colleague;
- You have ideally a first successful experience in an administrative position in a demanding environment as well as a good command of IT tools (Office Suite).
