We are looking for an auxiliary Assistant with an activity rate of at least 40% (16 hours a week).

Your assignments and tasks will include:

  • Managing of client files (from opening new mandates to archiving);
  • Typing, drafting and proofreading correspondence;
  • Preparation and layout of correspondence as well as presentation supports;
  • Organization of business trips, meetings with clients and conferences;
  • Interacting with clients, thirdparties and authorities;
and in general, all administrative activities inherent to the proper functioning of the department you will join.

  • As a student, you are willing to commit yourself in this position for at least two semesters;
  • French native speaker, you have a very good command of English, in particular strong oral skills (at least general level B2);
  • You have some flexibility in your personal organization and are reliable;
  • You have a very good team spirit and are an enthusiastic colleague;
  • You have ideally a first successful experience in an administrative position in a demanding environment as well as a good command of IT tools (Office Suite).
