**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Disziplinarische Leitung der Teammitglieder
- Fachliche Leitung der Teammitglieder im südostasiatischen Raum
- Auswahl, Bewertung und Pflege von langfristigen Lieferantenbeziehungen, Verhandlung von Einzel
- und Rahmenverträgen
- Weiterentwicklung des Lieferantenportfolios (Marktforschung)
- Beobachtung von Marktentwicklungen und Analyse von bestehenden und neuen Beschaffungsmärkten und Produktionstechnologien
- Regelmässige Analyse und Reporting der Produktkategorieperformance (Aktionen zur Risikominimierung, Lieferantenmanagement, Einsparungen, Qualitätsstrategie)
- Verantwortung für das Budget im Bereich der zugewiesenen Produktkategorie
- Durchführung von internationalen Ausschreibungen
- Vorbereiten, Auswerten und Durchführen von Make-or-buy Entscheidungen
- Materialisierung (Überwachung) von: Alpha-, Beta
- und Prototypen
- bis Nullserien, sowie 0-Serien Produktion
- Benchmarking aktueller Komponenten am Markt (Preis, Lieferung, Konditionen) und Durchführen von Kostensenkungsprogrammen

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Business Administration, Supply Chain Management oder ein technisches Studium, alternativ hast du eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit Berufsmatura
- Du hast fundierte Erfahrungen im Bereich Strategischer Einkauf und kennst dich im Supply Chain Management aus
- starkes technisches Verständnis
- Sichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit MS Office, Teamcenter und Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Du bist reisebereit (10-20%) und hast starke interkulturelle Fähigkeiten
