**Finance & Services**:
Als Head Financial Services verantwortest du die Leitung einer Abteilung mit rund 10 Mitarbeitenden. Dein Verantwortungsbereich umfasst die Führung des Finanz
- und Rechnungswesens, die Weiterentwicklung der System
- und Prozesslandschaft im Finanzbereich sowie die Transformation zu SAP S4/HANA in der Finanzbuchhaltung. Als Head Financial Services trägst du zudem die Gesamtverantwortung für die externe Berichterstattung (finanziell und nicht-finanziell) und die Konsolidierung auf Gruppenstufe.

**Das ist dein Job**:

- Du trägst die Führungsverantwortung für das Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen, einschliesslich der Steuerthemen sowie die für die Finanzen relevante System
- und Prozesslandschaft
- Du gewährleistest die Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemässen und gesetzeskonformen externen Berichterstattung sowie deren Weiterentwicklung
- Als Modul
- und Teilprozessverantwortliche:r für SAP-FI prägst du die Transformation mit und unterstützt die Implementierung von SAP S4/HANA
- Du treibst die Standardisierung und Zentralisierung von Finanzprozessen voran
- Dein Engagement schafft optimale Bedingungen für die Konsolidierung der Gruppengesellschaften

**Das macht dich aus**:

- Du bringst einen Abschluss von einer Fachhochschule oder Universität im Bereich Finanzen und/oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung/Weiterbildung mit (z.B. Wirtschaftsprüfer:in)
- Du verfügst über umfangreiche Berufs
- und Führungserfahrung in einer mittelgrossen oder grossen internationalen Unternehmung
- Deine fundierten SAP-Kenntnisse, besonders im Modul FI, zeichnen dich aus
- Deine Belastbarkeit, analytische Denkweise, Zuverlässigkeit, Durchsetzungsstärke und Ausgeglichenheit prägen deine Arbeitsweise
- In Deutsch und Englisch bist du verhandlungssicher
