Ihre Aufgaben
- Kundenbetreuung in der Prozess-Digitalisierung in der öffentlichen Verwaltung
- Erfolgreiche Zielerreichung Ihrer Kunden in Change
- und Prozessthemen
- Auf
- und Ausbau Ihres nachhaltigen Netzwerkes mit Akquirieren neuer Mandate
- Leiten Ihrer Beratungsmandate, Grossprojekten und Programmen in kantonalen wie städtischen Verwaltungen sowie in der Bundesverwaltung
- Ausarbeiten von Strategien, entwickeln von IT-Lösungen für die Schnittstelle IT & Fach
- Strukturierte Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen mit Frameworks, Tools und Methoden
- Kundenbegleitung von der Analyse der Bedürfnisabklärung, Erarbeitung der IT-Lösungen bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Strategien und Einführung der IT-Lösungen
- Erfolgreiches Bearbeiten von öffentlichen Beschaffungen

Ihr Profil
- Fach
- oder Hochschulabschluss im wissenschaftlichen oder technischen Bereich, MBA vorteilhaft
- Zertifizierungen zu Projektmanagement Methoden wie IPMA C oder B, Prince 2, SCRUM, SAFe oder HERMES Advanced
- 7 Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektleitung in IT-Digitalisierungen im Bereich Public mit agilen und klassischen Projektmanagement Methoden
- Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse, methodisch versiert und unternehmerisch denkend wie handelnd
- Gekonnte Konzepterstellung an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fach und IT
- Workshop-Moderation mit dem Senior Management, Fachexperten\*innen und operativen Kollegen\*innen
- Verhandlungs
- und kommunikationsstark auf allen Hierarchiestufen auf C-Level in Deutsch (C2) und Französisch (B2) (Wort & Schrift), Englisch vom Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft in der Schweiz
