As a Kitchen Helper, you are responsible for fulfilling routine food services and other duties in the kitchen with supervision from a designated kitchen supervisor.

You maintain the kitchen as well as all the utensils and materials found in the kitchen and make sure they are clean and in proper condition.

• Responsible for keeping the floor area neat by mopping and sweeping the floor.
• Kitchen areas are cleaned and sanitized.
• Wash the tables, utensils, cabinets and other equipment in the kitchen.
• Dispose of trash regularly.
• Replace garbage bags and wash/sanitize it.
• Support in food preparation together with the cooks.
• Assist the other kitchen staff in unloading a shipment of food and supplies
• Kept kitchen in order / pile the pans, pots and other kitchen utensils
• Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation according to instructions
• Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation
