To strengthen our team, we are looking for:

Construction Project Manager (M/W)

Your tasks:

Maintenance & Repairs

  • Process daily Purchase Orders (PO) received from Team leaders: Mandate supplier, and make sure work is done correctly
  • Process daily urgent requests from Centers: Mandate urgently supplier to finish work the same day
  • Receive the invoices from suppliers, control prices, approve and send for payment

Refurbishment Projects

  • Permits submission
  • Choose design concept, draw floorplans and detailed plans, all based on IWG latest guidelines
  • Tender process, planning and Capex estimation to present to the management for approval
  • Once approved: start the furniture/equipment order & mandate the works
  • Once works started: daily follow up
  • Handover, snag list completion and final invoicing to control

Signage

  • Create signage based on IWG Guidelines for following categories:
  • Permanent Signage on site (Outside & Inside the Center)
  • Temporary Signage on site (Outside the Center)
  • Posters for special Campaigns
  • Banners for special Campaigns
  • Once approved, order the Signage with approved supplier & follow up on implementation

Closing Projects

  • Mandate GC for closing centers
  • Ensure follow up with GC on all works steps and provide all information needed
  • Ensure site visit with GC and manage furniture moving
  • Lead the Weekly Call with Ops TL, SD & Finance on closing centers to ensure all steps are executed & the site can be handed over completed as per deadline

New Center Opening Projects

  • Manage/Oversee NCO Projects as per detailed list called "NCO Process Description" & "NCO Process Timeline".

Health & Safety

  • Ensure we have valid AC contracts for all centers
  • Ensure we have valid Extinguisher contracts for all centers

Construction Projects for Customers

  • Analyse Construction Request received from Sales Directors
  • Create quotation for works based on client's requests: with construction and reinstatement offer including mark up
  • Organize and finish the works with nominated supplier

Your profile:

  • Very good knowledge of the French and English language, both written and spoken (German an asset)
  • You have already gained some professional experience in the real estate industry
  • An organizationally strong and teamoriented personality and absolute reliability
  • Integrative and cooperative personality, downtoearth, very good negotiating skills as well as high success and goal orientation
  • A high degree of independence, initiative, ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and flexibility
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Multitasking skills and ability to change priorities/duties a must
  • You have good user knowledge in MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator
