**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:

- **Management** von strukturierten **Innovationsprojekten, **von der Idee zum Industrie-Massstab, Kommunikation sowie IP-Management
- Mitglied der Business Development Organisation bei enger Kollaboration mit dem BUSS-Prozess-Team
- Unterstützung der **Digitalisierungsstrategie** von BUSS in Entwicklungsprojekten mit externen Partnern
- Teilnahme an **Fachmessen **und **Konferenzen** auf **globaler Ebene**:

- Organisation und **Durchführung** von internen und externen **technischen Schulungen**:

- Repräsentation und **Präsentationen**, Unterstützung bei **Publikationen** mit Partnern und Kunden

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie verfügen über ein aufgabenbezogenes, **technisches Studium** in **Verfahrenstechnik, Materialwissenschaften** oder vergleichbarem Bereich mit einer Affinität zu digitalen Werkzeugen
- **Begeisterung für Technologie** und eine starke Dynamik bei der Gestaltung moderner Arbeitsbereiche
- Sie sprechen **fliessend** **Deutsch und Englisch** (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil) und kommunizieren offen und direkt
- Ausgeprägte **Projektmanagementfähigkeiten** sowie selbständiges Arbeiten mit **Innovationsgeist & Kreativität** zählen zu Ihren Stärken
