Deine Tätigkeiten

  • Führung: Du bist der Boss des UX/UI Design-Teams und verantwortest die Prozesse und Resultate. Außerdem förderst du die Kreativität und coachst die Teammitglieder.
  • User Experience Überblick: Du sorgst dafür, dass die User Experience im RMS Produktportfolio top ist und behältst die wichtigsten Leistungsindikatoren im Auge.
  • Designstrategie: Es liegt in deiner Hand, die Designstrategie umzusetzen, die das Kundenerlebnis auf allen digitalen Plattformen verbessert.
  • Design Integration: Du arbeitest daran, die User Experience Prinzipien im Unternehmen zu etablieren und sicherzustellen, dass sie über alle Produktbereiche hinweg angewendet werden.
  • Kommunikation: Du bist ein Kommunikationsprofi und kannst Lösungen effektiv präsentieren, egal auf welcher Managementebene.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast idealerweise einen Abschluss in Human Computer Science, User Experience oder einem verwandten Bereich sowie langjährige Praxiserfahrung.
  • Du bringst nachweisbare Führungserfahrung im Bereich User Experience mit.
  • Du bist ein Problemlöser und kannst auch mit begrenzten Informationen effektiv umgehen.
  • Du überzeugst durch souveränes Auftreten und klare Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen.
  • Du besitzt analytisches Denken, strategische Fähigkeiten und kannst quantitative sowie qualitative Methoden anwenden.

  • Nach Prüfung deiner Unterlagen folgt ein erstes Telefongespräch zur Abklärung und Terminvereinbarung.
  • Anschließend gibt es einen Videocall mit Fabian Meier, unserem Director of Product Design a.i., und Tamara Rickenbacher, unserer HR Business Partnerin (Dauer ca. 45-60 Minuten).
  • Danach lernst du das Team vor Ort kennen.
  • Im besten Fall kommt gleich das Vertragsangebot.
