Quality Manager

You are responsible for the quality management of our 'Essentials' product line. Your objective is to drive continuous improvement in processes and validate manufacturing procedures. Collaboration with internal teams, clients, and suppliers is crucial for maintaining high product standards on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the quality department by managing documents, conducting reviews, and archiving records
  • Updating quality records in various storage locations such as technical files and supplier files
  • Supporting change management by initiating change controls and updating the change register
  • Planning and executing verification activities for manufacturing processes
  • Conducting investigations, implementing CAPA, and ensuring their effectiveness
  • Managing suppliers by planning and executing audits as per the audit program
  • Contributing to new product launches by overseeing quality-related activities during design transfer and manufacturing line setup

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 QMS and experience in working with QMS for medical and non-medical products
  • Proficiency in CAPA, continuous improvement, problem-solving, Risk Assessment, and conducting internal and supplier audits
  • Fluency in English and German with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for cosmetic and medical device products is a plus
  • Available immediately and willing to cover a team member's maternity leave for approximately 9 months
