To be part of the Anti-Counterfeiting and Brand Protection team, providing an effective anti-counterfeiting enforcement service for all Richemont Maisons and to give input into strategic planning as required.

• Management and monitoring of worldwide/regional Customs recordals and seizures for all Maisons using a case database to record cases, prepare reports and analyse trends and issues. Customs recordal implementation and renewals and monitoring AC budget spend for all Maisons. Following up cases upon receipt of seizure notifications; liaising with various contacts in relation to authentications.
• Liaising closely with the AC team (London, Geneva, Shanghai and Tokyo) on Group enforcement issues/strategies to ensure a harmonised approach and implementation. Assisting with development of full spectrum onlinetooffline anticounterfeiting strategy, working across different databases and data sets to identify and take action against the largest commercialscale threats.
• Investigating, monitoring and analyzing online content for infringing activity. Liaising between online monitoring and enforcement provider and IP lawyers and Maisons, including regular update reporting.
• Liaising with and helping to manage the relationship with third party monitoring and enforcement providers; and helping to drive their technology development strategy.
• Providing information and training to law enforcement officers and providing enforcement training/education for the Maisons as required.
• Liaising with the AC team on cases and to provide annual reports to the IP Group and the wider business. Preparing ad hoc updates for the internal team as needed.
• Liaising with internal counsel regarding cases and recommending action to be taken.

• Providing witness statements and declarations where required. Preparing necessary legal documents for cases and projects as required.
• Representing Richemont at external events and meetings and attending watch fairs as required.
• Preparing and giving internal and external presentations as required.

• Around 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Good team player with a positive "can do" approach
