Located in Zuchwil, we are currently seeking a new:

Head of Building Technology / Operations Electrician 100%Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for security alarms (intrusion, fire, climate) on the Zuchwil premises
  • Leading electrical projects
  • Assistance in the area of operational and occupational safety
  • Responsible for storage and procurement of various operational resources for the entire company
  • Professional and personnel management of subordinate employees
  • Various minor repair and maintenance work on electrical systems and equipment
  • Responsible for the heating center in Zuchwil
  • Responsible for winter services on the Zuchwil premises
  • Coordination of various cleaning tasks
  • Responsible for access control systems / key management on the Zuchwil premises
  • Residence on the Zuchwil premises or in the immediate vicinity
  • Responsible for training facilities on the Zuchwil premises
  • Assisting with events and exhibitions
  • Prior knowledge of gardening is advantageous
Requirements
  • Completed basic training as an electrician or electrical installer EFZ
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Further training in the field of caretaking or relevant experience
  • Manual dexterity and technical understanding
  • Driver's licenses for forklift, aerial work platform, and PSAgA course are beneficial
  • Category B driving license
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Independent, reliable, and efficient way of working
  • Friendly, confident, and well-groomed appearance
