For our client operating in the Energy sector in Olten, we are looking for a Backoffice Coordinator to support the Backoffice team

Your tasks

  • Be part of Invoicing team and take over tasks from person leaving
  • Settlement of Incoming and outgoing invoices.
  • Checking and calculating and booking in invoicing system (ESIS): handle various types of deals (Gas, TSO invoices, metering, etc.)

Your Experience

  • 35 years of experience with invoicing and settlements processes
  • Experience in the energy sector
  • Ability to document processes to pass on to someone else (training)
  • Fluent English and German
