  • Your roleAs CRM Assistant International Markets at Bank J. Safra Sarasin in Zurich you are responsible for ensuring a highend banking service to the UHNW/HNW clients and provide direct assistance to the CRM in his daytoday work tasks in a dynamic and international environment for trading, marketing and administrative tasks.


 Your responsibilities
  • Assisting CRMs to manage client relationships on a daytoday basis
  • Processing client transactions in all main asset classes: FX, equities and fixed income
  • Handling the daily management of cash and corporate actions
  • Preparing client meetings (portfolio reviews, documentation, etc.) and organizing CRM business trips
  • Supporting the CRM with compliance or clientrelated projects as and when required
  • Creating KYC files with the support of the CRM and managing the accounts opening and closing process
  • Other administrative tasks and adhoc requests


 Your profile
  • Successfully completed bank apprenticeship and/or Bachelor in Banking and Finance
  • First relevant work experience in a front office support role preferred
  • Interest in Financial Markets, knowledge and understanding of basic asset classes (equities, fixed income, FX, etc.) as well as trading experience across main asset classes
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft tools, knowledge of Avaloq and Bloomberg advantageous
  • Detail oriented, reliable and attitude to work well under pressure as well as excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service ethics
  • Fluency in English is a must, fluency in German or French is advantageous
