You're passionate about events and are comfortable working on several projects simultaneously. You're an organized planner who is collaborative by nature and you thrive when facing challenges. You love to find creative and innovative solutions to bring that vision to life.
What you'll be doing
- Graphic design (logos and variations of the necessary visual aids
- Client Files and agency communication aids)
- 2D/3D/videos animations
- In charge of followup and creative support linked to the files handled by the team
- Management of external freelance resources dedicated to a project (brief, debrief, optimizations)
- Responsible for the consistency of the creative response, the deliverables and the justification created
- Lead daily feedback meetings with manager and team
Must haves
- Minimum
35 years of experience in a similar role - Mastery of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop software, etc.
- Experience in motion design/illustration, sketch/pencil, video editing, 3D, web
- Enjoy managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Experience in the event industry
- Fluent English skills
Nice to haves
- Additional languages (other than English)
- Experience in event agency
