We are currently looking for a Fragrance Claims & Product Performance Evaluation Manager
to join our thriving global team to help deliver superior and desirable consumer benefits.

This position will play an important role in understanding product performance and valuing the technologies / products with our R&D partners, CMI and other global teams about unique/superior/differentiated performance features of our products with potential to delight our consumers.


THE ROLE

In this role you will:

Be a collaborative partner to Product Development and Marketing teams, responsible for claim process training, implementation and artwork validation. This is a critical role where your communication skills will be essential to align and coordinate with all parties.

Lead Fragrance Claims activities, from testing plan proposal to execution and claims validation in collaboration with the Product Development team.

Coordinate a network of external trusted partners to perform tests, monitoring budgets with Product Development and Marketing teams.

Lead and execute product performance testing for Luxury cosmetics, Luxury skin care and fragrances to ensure that innovations or renewed products deliver intended benefits.

Lead research activities to help identify key benefit features with potential to delight consumers and set-up KPIs to validate product performance for fragrances, Lux cosmetics & Lux skin care products.

Develop project research brief and discuss with key stakeholders to get alignment on objectives, key deliverables, and budget approvals.

Analyze/synthesize data from quantitative and qualitative research and communicate findings effectively with actionable recommendations and next steps to Project Leaders as per agreed timelines.

Develop action standards for key performance attributes by combining various data sources (physical, sensory, consumer performance and other relevant data) to help aid in business decisions.

Collaborate with multifunctional teams (Product Development, Discovery & Innovation, Claims, CMI & Marketing) to co-create benefit demos and help develop benefit communication strategy.


QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

B.S. in Marketing/Psychology/Food Science or related disciplines or M.S. degree in Sensory/Market Research/Psychology/UX Design.

Minimum 5 years' experience in CPG Industry (Beauty and/or Personal care) or other industry with a focus on consumer insights, claims and product performance roles.

Strong appetite for & knowledge of the beauty industry & trends. Ability to collaborate and evolve in a fast-paced matrix environment.

Proficient in analysing data from various sources (sensory, consumer & hybrid methods) using statistical analysis programmes such as XLSTAT, JMP, R etc.

Digital proficiency, taste for social networks, social listeningFlexibility, resilience, team spirit, strong ownership, high accountability, solution-driven.

Desirable:
Experience in working with beauty categories/personal care products. Experience with product formulation is advantageous. Communicate benefit priorities from product research for claims consideration and co-create compelling benefit demos to showcase product strengths.
