Your Role:

  • Provide warm hospitality and establish personal connections with diverse guests.
  • Respond to individual needs with openness and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Enjoy the variety of tasks, including event preparation, service, and cleaning.
  • Inspire customers and team colleagues with charm, flexibility, and creativity.

Your Profile:

  • Be a cheerful individual who enjoys being a host and has good problem-solving skills.
  • Possess several years of work experience if possible.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills, a meticulous work ethic, and a knack for timing.
  • Have a strong positive attitude and customer service mindset.
  • Be a well-balanced, flexible person with high self and social competence.
  • Ability to communicate with guests in German; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
