Nous recherchons un Data Scientist pour un client dans le secteur public à Genève.

***Votre mission**
- Le data scientist a pour mission de de collecter les données pertinentes, de les nettoyer et de les préparer pour l'analyse, puis d'appliquer des techniques statistiques et des algorithmes d'apprentissage automatique pour extraire des informations utiles.
- Le data scientist doit développer des modèles de data science et d'IA en utilisant des techniques telles que le Deep Learning, le Computer Vision, le Langage Naturel, le Reinforcement Learning, ou d'autres méthodes d'apprentissage automatique avancées selon les besoins spécifiques du projet.
- Collecte et analyse des données : collecter les données à partir de sources variées (automatiser l'extraction, l'intégration et la mise à jour des données) et les analyser pour en extraire des informations utiles.
- Analyse exploratoire des données : Explorer les données pour en comprendre la structure, les tendances et les relations, en utilisant des outils statistiques et des visualisations de données OCSIN
- Développement des algorithmes et des modèles de data science et d'IA : Concevoir et développer des algorithmes et des modèles de data science et d'IA et améliorer les résultats.
- Évaluation des modèles de data science et d'IA: Évaluer la performance des modèles en utilisant des mesures appropriées et ajuster les modèles en conséquence pour améliorer leur précision et leur généralisation.
- Présenter et partager les résultats: Présenter les résultats de manière claire et compréhensible aux parties prenantes.

***Votre profil**
- Compétences primordiales (5 années d'expérience et plus) :_
- Très bonnes connaissances en Python et de Jupyter
- Très bonnes connaissances des bibliothèques PyTorch, TensorFlow, Conda, Scikitlearn
- Très bonnes connaissances du traitement du langage naturel
- Très bonnes connaissances du Machine Learning et du Deep Learning
- Très bonnes connaissances de la qualité des données
- Bonnes connaissances des principes liés à l'organisation orientée service (approche ITIL) - Bonnes connaissances de la technologie de gestion des bases de données
- Formation : Diplôme (Bachelor ou équivalent) en statistiques, mathématiques, informatique ou domaine similaire
- Compétences importantes :_
- Aider les métiers à définir des objectifs réalistes en se basant sur leurs besoins et leurs données.
- Se montrer autonome dans la réalisation et le déploiement des algorithmes et des modèles de data science et d'IA
- Qualités requises :_
- Capacité à challenger les besoins et être force de proposition des solutions pour le métier
- Autonomie, dynamisme
- Capacité à travailler sous stress
- Capacité à travailler en équipes et à partager ses connaissances
- Avoir une attitude ouverte vis-à-vis des changements
