Per conto di un nostro stimato cliente, realtà bancaria storica presente in tutta la Svizzera, siamo alla ricerca di una/un Deploy engineer al fine di rinforzare il suo team in Ticino.

La risorsa, nel rispetto delle direttive e dei processi aziendali, è chiamato a raccogliere i dati necessari alla Governance dell'ufficio che si occupa di Release Management, Schedulazione e Managed File Transfer, più in particolare si dovrà occupare del monitoraggio, controllo e ottimizzazione delle attività dell'ufficio.

Nello specifico, le principali attività e responsabilità riguardano:

  • Monitorare e supervisionare le attività quotidiane dell'ufficio per garantire il rispetto dei processi aziendali e degli standard di qualità.
  • Raccogliere dati quantitativi utili a monitorare le attività e promuovere il miglioramento delle stesse definendo ed analizzando i KPI necessari.
  • Coordinare con i team operativi per garantire l'efficienza e l'efficacia delle operazioni.
  • Analizzare i processi esistenti per identificare aree di miglioramento e proporre soluzioni per ottimizzare l'efficienza operativa.
  • Sviluppare e implementare procedure standard per garantire il rispetto dei processi aziendali.
  • Condurre verifiche regolari per valutare il rispetto delle procedure.
  • Formare il personale sulle procedure e le pratiche aziendali per garantire una comprensione completa e il rispetto dei processi.
  • Collaborare con i diversi team per risolvere eventuali problemi operativi e implementare soluzioni a lungo termine.
  • Gestire la documentazione relativa ai processi e alle procedure, assicurando la conformità e la tracciabilità delle attività.
Functie-eisen
  • Laurea Universitaria (Informatica, Ingegneria, Gestione Aziendale o simili)
  • Esperienza professionale pregressa in ambienti IT complessi e multi-tecnologia cosi come in ambito bancario
  • Conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Power Point, Word, Excel)
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Capacità di organizzazione del proprio lavoro e del proprio tempo
  • Capacità comunicative e relazionali (forte esigenza di interagire con diversi altri gruppi di lavoro)
  • Proattività nel proporre ed implementare miglioramenti nei processi e nelle soluzioni tecniche al fine di incrementare l'automazione
  • Conoscenze di strumenti di schedulazione (ad esempio UC4)
  • Conoscenze di strumenti di Deploy (ad esempio BladeLogic, Microsoft Azure DevOps)
  • Conoscenze di strumenti di Enterprise Managed File Transfer
  • Conoscenza di strumenti di monitoraggio (ad esempio Splunk)
  • Residente sul territorio o disponibilità al trasferimento
