Avec environ USD 8 milliards d'actifs non cotés sous gestion, CA Indosuez Wealth (Asset Management) est un acteur important dans le Private Markets en Europe, en Asie et en Amérique du Nord via ses fonds-de-fonds Tiera Capital. L'équipe d'investissement, basée à Genève, réalise chaque année une cinquantaine d'investissements à travers diverses méthodes telles que les engagements primaires dans des fonds de Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Assets, les transactions secondaires et les co-investissements directs dans des sociétés.

Dans le cadre de votre VIE, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la réalisation des objectifs de l'équipe. Vous serez responsable des tâches suivantes :

  • Participer activement au processus de due diligence des investissements (fonds primaires, transactions secondaires et co-investissements) ;
  • Effectuer un suivi régulier des investissements en portefeuille ;
  • Contribuer au monitoring des projections de cash-flows ;
  • Mettre à jour les bases de données liées au pipeline d'investissements et au portefeuille existant ;
  • Préparer les reportings trimestriels ;
  • Participer aux réunions avec les Gérants de fonds Private Markets et aux Comités d'Investissement.

Expérience

Expérience dans le domaine des Private Markets.
