Zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Kapazitäten im Cross-Asset Structuring mit einem Fokus auf Equities suchen wir eine/n erfahrene/n Derivatives Structurer, der oder die mit eigenen Ideen und einer offenen Art Innovation vorantreibt und gleichzeitig Aufgaben im Day-to-Day Flow Structuring verantwortungsvoll und verlässlich durchführt. Diese Funktion steht im engen Austausch mit unseren Vertriebs
- und Handelseinheiten.
Deine Aufgaben - mehr gestalten
- Verschiedene Ausprägungen möglich: Arbeitsschwerpunkt im Bereich "Pricing und Flow Derivatives" oder "Delta-1- und Indexprodukte"
- Entwicklung von Trade
- und Produktideen
- Identifikation von Marktopportunitäten und Umsetzung in strukturierte Lösungen
- Entwicklung strukturierter Produkte und Derivate von der Konzeption über das Design und die Front-to-End-Umsetzung bis zum Go-to-Market in bankweiter Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams und Einheiten
- Strukturierung von Produkten oder Transaktionen mit speziellen Ausprägungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Trading in Pricing und Strukturierungen sowie mit Sales in Erarbeitung von Lösungen für spezifische Kundenanliegen
Dein Profil - mehr mitbringen
- Masterabschluss in einem quantitativen Fach einer anerkannten Hochschule
- Berufserfahrung an einem Structuring Desk einer Investmentbank
- Starkes Interesse an den Finanzmärkten und Derivaten
- Grundlegendes Wissen über das finanzregulatorische und dokumentarische Umfeld (z.B. FIDLEG, MiFID II, ISDA, OTC Trade Confirmations)
- Hohe technische Affinität und Kenntnisse von Programmiersprachen ein Plus
- Hoher Grad an Selbstorganisation mit genauer Arbeitsweise unter Stress
- Freude an technischen und methodischen Fragestellungen sowie die Erarbeitung produktiv durchführbarer Lösungen
- Natürlicher Drift zu funktionalen Führungsrollen in interdisziplinären Teams
