Dans le cadre de ce poste, votre mission consiste à apporter un support informatique de qualité auprès des utilisateurs de la Clinique Cecil et Bois-Cerf à Lausanne. Participer à la mise en œuvre des différents projets informatiques et contribuer dans la maintenance du parc informatique.
- TÂCHES PRINCIPALES- Support 1er et 2eme niveau
- Gestion et maintien des postes clients
- Participation à la mise en œuvre de projets informatiques
- VOTRE PROFIL- CFC en informatique ou équivalent
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans le support ICT
- Expérience dans un poste de support de niveau 1/2 et de gestion de parc informatique
- Bonnes compétences de diagnostique informatique
- Connaissances des standards ITIL, un atout
- Connaissances du milieu médical, un atout
- Maitrise des technologies Microsoft client/serveur
- Français courant et bonne connaissance de l'anglais et/ou de l'allemand
- Performant(e), proactif(ve), disponible, polyvalent(e), rigoureux(se), vif(ve) d'esprit, motivé(e) et flexible, vous travaillez aussi bien en toute indépendance qu'en équipe et êtes doté(e) de compétences sociales marquées ainsi que d'un esprit résolument orienté clients.
