APM is looking to recruit a
Software Quality Agent / Tester to complete our quality management team

The job is full time, on-site and located at Geneva, Switzerland

2-years work contract

Missions
-
Testing_

  • Perform manual acceptance testing on bug tickets.
  • Record and maintain regression test scripts by using SmartBear TestComplete tool on both new developments and bug fixes.
  • Create incident and bug tickets in APM ticketing tool (Jira) following company procedures.
  • Followup on created ticket advancements to give regular feedback to management team.
  • Participate to a frequent "Quality Committee" meeting with other testers.

Documentation Management_

  • Update of APM software user guides.
  • Management of internal Knowledge Base to improve support team efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Knowledge of software testing process. Experience on SmartBear TestComplete tool would be an advantage.
  • Excellent Communication skills in writing and speaking, both English and French.
  • Good general aviation knowledge. Knowledge of APM software solutions would be a key advantage.
  • General skills in IT environments.
  • Good knowledge on aviation is an advantage.
  • Swiss or Schengen area citizen, or Swiss residence permit holder.

Conditions
