- Demonstrate a deep understanding of your area of expertise, relevant job profiles, and managers' needs
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in recruitment, adept at managing multiple roles and candidates
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with managers and candidates regularly
- Structured and efficient work approach, capable of handling multiple recruitment processes concurrently
- Proficiency in German and good command of English. Knowledge of French is a significant plus
