As a production team, our mission is to deliver high-quality products on time to researchers and industry customers around the world.

In close collaboration with the development team, we bring new instruments into the series production flow.

We also work closely with the sales team to make sure we supply our customers on time and with premium service.

Your responsibilities:

• Perform final configuration, packaging, and outgoing check of our instruments
• Monitor delivery orders and ensure instruments are prepared on time
• Oversee finished goods stock and coordinate demand with production
• Act as interface between production and business fulfillment
• Receive incoming goods and perform inspection
• Ensure physical inventory is matching ERP system
• Continuously improve processes and work instructions

Your profile:

• Logistics apprenticeship with further education as HF or similar
• 4 years+ experience as a logistician in an industrial environment
• Experience with shipment processes & ERP modules
• Familiarity with export processes a plus
• Physically resilient and with high quality awareness
• Independent and conscientious working style with good organizational skills
• Fluent German and English
