INTRODUCTION:

For one of our clients specialised in cosmetics, we are looking for a:

Media & Inflight Manager
For a temporary position until 14th July 2024, starting as soon as possible

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION:

INFLIGHT

  • Establish and update quarterly brands guidelines ;
  • Handle marketingrelated queries of all airlines (i.e. packshots, airline texts, advertising visuals, editorials, etc.) for print and digital use ;
  • Ensure all airlines respect brand guidelines by reviewing and approving (when relevant) all artwork before printing ;
  • Maintain inflight library by collecting all inflight shopping catalogues as soon as printed ;
  • Approve invoices of all inflightrelated listing and media costs ;
  • Run SOM analysis by category ;
  • Review global SKU assortment by airline every trimester ;
  • Maintain listings SKU database ;
  • Create POs in SAP for artwork Production ;
  • Use budget tracker quarterly with Finance team for invoice approval.

MEDIA

  • Launch media campaign for TRAP region, create PO and assets in the system ;
  • Assist Media director for media planning, vendor communication, negotiation for OOH, social media projects ;
  • Support social media events, know the major platforms such as TikTok, IG and other major social platforms ;
  • Develop media marketing presentations.;
  • Ensure content launches on time with efficiency ;
  • Involvement in adhoc projects, reports and tasks related to the Marketing and business needs ;
  • Ensure social media campaign and media campaign deployment in Travel Retail Asia Pacific local market, such as Downtown shops ;
  • Support Media director on adhoc media projects.

PROFIL ATTENDU:

  • Speaking fluent English ;
  • Excellent knowledge of Powerpoint et Excel.
