The Role:Digital Consumer Lead
Reporting to: Head of Digital Marketing
Skip Level:dCOM Director

As Digital Consumer Leadyou will be responsible for co-creating and co-managing in close collaboration with The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC), Trade Marketing, dCOM teams and external agenciesall the digitalmarketing consumer strategy, governance, performance framework, operations& content.

You will work withTCCC media team & agencies, Hellenic e-retail & FSA (Food Service Aggregators) teams and D2C teams toexecute strategies that engages consumers and encourages them to take some action (like making a purchase or signing up for a service), therefore ensuring we convert to transactions all marketing efforts.

You will alsobe responsible forworking with a cross-functional team (DCOM, DTPS, TCCC and bring to life the B2B2C marketing strategy that will govern the end-to-end marketing processes needed to connect all our marketing activities from consumer to customer across all touchpoints & platforms.

E-retail & FSA

  • Planning, co-executing and evaluating TCCC TX (media) budget across all BUs to drive transaction with our eCustomers on different digital media platforms. (multi-million Euro)
  • Supporting co-creation digital media plans with eCustomers (from eCustomerspoint of view), which is part of annualeJBP(ecommerce joint business plan) across BUs, create evaluation process & benchmarks from our industry, evaluate, share learnings (working/ not working) and cross correct plans based on learnings.
D2C
  • Guide TCCC on digital media investments (paid & owned) for consumer acquisition, monitoring and reporting campaign performances
  • Co-develop with local teams and TCCC system marketing calendars for our Egyptian D2C platform ("Home Delivery) and Coke & Goand follow-up on its execution
  • Co-design with TCCC CRM campaigns (suggested events), drive proper analysis of the performance (with agency/TCCC) and suggest course-corrective actions
  • SEO for EHD(Egypt website)
  • Support the local Egyptian teams in the setup of trackable digital marketing campaigns via SMS and email & chatbot (conversational commerce)
  • Ensure agreed system marketing RACIs are executed and actions are delivered on time
  • Guide our strategic D2C investment, Alfies, on digital media investments for consumer acquisition and retention, monitor digital marketing campaign performances and advice on course-corrective actions
  • Support the operational teams in consumer segmentation and persona creation to enable tailored marketing communications
  • Planning and evaluating the marketing budget for our Egyptian D2C platform ("Home Delivery) and Coke & Go
E2E System Collaboration
  • Build an E2E process that will govern all system consumer processes from an executional standpoint
  • Build and implement performance frameworks related to digital marketing execution
  • Build, manage and develop the system consumer marketing POD (TCCC & Hellenic)
  • Establish a collaboration model with TCCCconnecting strategic brand plans to digital marketing operational plans of CCH
  • Oversee TCCC agency execution plans across digital channels directly connected to CCH universe
  • Maintain a marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content / campaigns throughout the year
  • Stay abreast of current best practices in the industry and review competitor websites to compare their activities with ours with the ultimate goal of extracting insights & learnings. Researching and analysing industry trends to identify new opportunities for the company to capitalize on
  • Conduction research on topics related to our products and services to create content for blogs, websites, social media and other marketing materials
Capability, Knowledge and Experience
  • Minimum 5 years agency experience or in a similar role
  • Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices
  • Proficiency with popular content management & digital asset management systems
  • Strong experience with social media management
  • Strong experience in paid media / media planning
  • Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics
  • Ability to analyse data and provide evidence-based recommendations
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
  • Outstanding presentation skills and copy creation skills
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • Experience with customer targeting, test and learn programs
  • Track record of delivering commercial results and is data/number literate to interpret the data and draw out actionable insights to deliver retention targets
  • Good written and spoken communication skills – experience of writing clear, insightful marketing briefs that deliver results
  • Experience working with internal or external marketing agencies
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills to manage internal stakeholders and cross functional support teams
  • Good initiative, resilient and delivery orientated – gets things done on time and in a well-organised fashion
  • Thinks consumer / customer first and can represent the voice of the consumer / customer
  • Able to balance both the longer-term development of the business and the inevitable short-term tactical requirements.
