WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Manufacturing milling and turning parts for development and production areas
• Manufacturing special and custom parts (customized or small series)
• Manufacturing tools/tool components and spare parts for production
• Manufacturing various stamping parts and igniter components
• Marking/engraving parts, tools, etc.
• Conducting dimensional inspections, creating measurement protocols with general measuring instruments
• Consulting development/construction on drawing reviews for feasibility and possible suitability for series production
• Independently aligning drawing changes and adjustments with construction

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Federal certificate of proficiency as a polymechanic specializing in manufacturing technology
• Experience in CNC-controlled machining machines, knowledge of ISO code and CAM systems
• Experience in independently setting up machining machines (CNC and conventional)
• Knowledge of grinding processes and EDM advantageous
• Very good German language skills in speech and writing
• Team player as well as independent way of working

WHAT WE OFFER

• 40-hour week plus 1-hour credit time
• 5 - 6 weeks of vacation depending on age
• 100% salary continuation in case of illness up to a maximum of 730 days
