Join our team as a Marketing and Sales Support Specialist at Alltron
- Support the Marketing and Sales Director of Alltron in achieving their goals
- Shape the strategic direction and growth of customer segments
- Collaborate with sales managers, category management, and central marketing to align marketing activities
- Develop offerings in cooperation with the Alltron Academy in German-speaking Switzerland and Romandy
- Promote training programs to attract participants
- Engage with various Competec departments such as marketing, purchasing, and human resources
- Take on project tasks and data analysis
- Work in a collaborative and diverse team environment; no one is just a "number" here
- Possibility of remote work and flexible hours
Your qualifications:
- Completed commercial education; further education in business administration is a plus
- Experience in a similar role within the ICT sector
- Enjoy conceptual and strategic tasks
- Strong organizational skills
- Quick comprehension and analytical abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Intrinsic motivation to explore new paths
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and fluent in German (French is a bonus)
