first professional experience. We are looking for a motivated
Trainee Development (M/F/d) in the field of
Antibody-Drug Conjugates for a duration of
- 9 months. If you are eager to gain valuable insights and kickstart your career, this position is tailored for you.

Your Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the development and optimization of ADC conjugation processes
- Developing/implementing analytical methods to characterize ADC products or monitoring the conjugation process
- Support quality control testing of ADC products to ensure compliance with GMP standards
- Collecting and analyzing data to support ADC development and manufacturing
- Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings to the team
Your profile:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or in chemistry or a related field.
- Skills: Good laboratory skills, including experience with analytical methods such as HPLC, LC-MS and /or bioanalytical methods such as ELISA, protein chromatography, SDSelectrophoresis.
- Experience with conjugation chemistry and protein analytical methods is a plus.
- Knowledge: Basic knowledge of ADCs (i.e., their structure, function, and development process).
- Communication and teamwork skills: The ability to communicate effectively with other members of the team. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
