In einem internationalen Umfeld unterstützen Sie den Verkauf während der Offertenphase und übernehmen nach Vertragsunterzeichnung die Projektleitung für die kundenspezifische Herstellung des bahntechnischen Equipments. Sie sind verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung des Projektes und tragen somit viel für die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden bei.

Die Hauptaufgaben innerhalb dieser Funktion sind:

- Führen des Projektteams und sicherstellen des Projekterfolgs in finanzieller, terminlicher und qualitativer Hinsicht
- Unterstützung des Verkaufs während der Offerterstellung
- Direkte Kommunikation und Betreuung unserer Kunden
- Bilden der Schnittstelle zwischen Verkauf, Systemengineering, Entwicklung, und jenen Organisationseinheiten, welche dem Projekt personelle Ressourcen zur Verfügung stellen
- Mithilfe bei der Verbesserung der organisatorischen und administrativen Abläufe innerhalb des Teams
- Organisation und Durchführung von Produkteabnahmen zusammen mit dem Kunden in Bern oder an unserem Produktionsstandort in Prag
- Auslösen und Überwachen von Änderungen und Modifikationen

**Requirements**:
Sie sind der ideale Kandidat (m/w/d) für uns, wenn:

- Sie über eine technische Weiterbildung FH/HF verfügen (techn. Fachrichtung mit guten Kenntnissen der Elektronik)
- Sie Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten mitbringen, vorzugsweise im Bahnbereich oder einem technischen Gebiet mit gehobenen qualitativen und normativen Anforderungen
- Zuverlässigkeit und Gewissenhaftigkeit zu Ihren ausgeprägten Stärken gehören
- Sie geistig flexibel und wissensdurstig sind
- Sie über Durchsetzungsvermögen verfügen und kostenbewusst denken
- Sie über sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Dokumentationsfähigkeiten sowohl in Deutsch wie auch in Englisch verfügen (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)
- Sie gerne autonom wie auch im Team arbeiten und es mögen Ihr Spezialwissen weiterzugeben
- Sie die Fähigkeit haben, Schwachstellen, Risiken und Chancen zu identifizieren und zu bewerten
- Sie Freude am Reisen, Koordinieren und Kommunizieren haben.
