**Payroll Manager (a %**, hybrid mit Homeoffice

Als Payroll Specialist werden Sie Teil des HR-Teams, welches den operativen und strategische HR-Betrieb verantwortet. Mit Ihrer freundlichen und aufgeschlossenen Art sowie Ihrem fachlichen Können stellen Sie sich jeglichen Herausforderungen und sorgen durch Ihre kompetente Unterstützung für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Bereich der Löhne sowie Sozialversicherungen und damit für zufriedene Mitarbeitende.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Selbständige Erstellung des Lohnlaufs mit sämtlicher Vorarbeiten inkl. Zahlungslauf und die Verbuchung
- Bearbeitung Sozialversicherungsfälle (Krankheit, Unfall, Militärdienst etc.) sowie die Taggelder
- Erstellung der Monats
- und Jahresendabrechnungen (AHV, UVG, KTG, QST) sowie der Lohnausweise
- Sparring Partner für HR und Führungskräfte sowie Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende, Behörden und Versicherungen in Payroll
- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen
- Projekte im Bereich Payroll & HR

**Ihr Profil**
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung EFZ sowie Weiterbildung im Bereich HR resp. Payroll und mindestens 3 Jahre Praxiserfahrung in der Lohnverarbeitung
- Erfahrung mit Abacus Lohnbuchhaltung von Vorteil
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und exakte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung sowie Eigenmotivation
- Freundliche, teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit rascher Auffassungsgabe
