HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You will be responsible for:

Project management at 70 %:

  • Support the HRD in managing transversal projects ensuring efficient communication and project advancement
  • Manage the delivery of the various projects according to the plan
  • Track projects advancement and provide regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders
  • Be the main point of contact for the various project teams to ensure easy and smooth coordination of the projects
  • Regularly report the progress of the project to the adequate stakeholders identifying and mitigating the potential risks
  • Track costs to deliver projects on budget

Executive assistant at 30%:

  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Managing HRD's calendar
  • Organize Swiss HR team meetings / monthly calls with the HRD Maisons and take minutes

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You have an HR professional background and love coordination; you are very organised and structured. Also, you are creative and an excellent communicant. Since you will be liaising with different stakeholders from the HR department at Richemont and our Maisons, you must master relationship.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Excel and PowerPoint have no secret for you.
