Master Student Mechanical Engineering Intern

Responsibilities:

Develop technical concepts from ideation to working prototypes Create complex CAD models and technical drawings Optimize mechanical structures using generative design, FEM simulations, and topology optimization. Develop feedback control methods for electric drive trains. Build prototypes of mechanical and/or electrical hardwareMinimum Required Skills and Knowledge:
  • Student or recent graduate with excellent academic track record in mechanical, mechatronics, or electrical engineering
High motivation and problemsolving ability Capable of both working independently and collaborating in a team First practical experience in research and development from internships, student projects or extracurricular activities First experience in the medical devices industry and radiotherapy is a plus Solid CAD proficiency, preferably with SolidWorks or PTC Creo Experience of implementing control software in C++/Python Firsthand experience with prototyping, 3D printing, electronics, actuators, and sensors Fluent in English or German #LI-OS
