Support for Management Accounting Position in a well-known Zurich-based company in the financial industry.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the weekly and monthly closing processes for Asset and Net New Money reporting
  • Collect and process AuM and NNM data into the MIS database for consolidation
  • Ensure data quality checks and reconciliation of MIS figures
  • Generate monthly standard reports and conduct ad-hoc analyses
  • Participate in documenting and automating loading processes
  • Provide assistance to the Management Accounting team with various tasks

Your Experience and Skills:

  • Background in back office or commercial processing
  • Proficiency in MS-Office tools, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with management accounting IT applications such as SAP BO Analysis
  • Completion of vocational training in the commercial field or relevant experience
  • Language skills required: Fluent in written and spoken English, German proficiency is advantageous

  • Proactive team player with strong communication and reporting abilities
  • Service-oriented with excellent analytical skills and a knack for numbers
