Head of Infortmation Security / Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) (a) at their
location in Zurich full-time.
Using technology and with the collaboration amongst the community, radicant helps customers to achieve their individual financial objectives over the course of their lifetime - 24/7, whilst giving their money a higher purpose.
As a member of the Finance team, you will ensure efficient and continuous development of the existing Security Operation Center, report directly to the Chief Financial Officer, and help to build a strong and reliable finance organization.

- Maintaining and developing a systematic process for identifying, assessing, and monitoring information security risks (ISMS per ISO 27001)
- Managing risk assessments and monitoring compliance with the IT security system
- Improving the IT security system and contributing to the development of the Security Operation Center (SOC) for monitoring, identifying, and handling vulnerabilities and incidents
- Developing and issuing IT security specifications such as security concepts, directives, and guidelines
- Providing information and consulting on security incidents and effectiveness of security measures
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and supporting internal and external audits
- Continuously improving business continuity management and conducting periodic BC/DR tests
- Planning, commissioning, monitoring, and evaluating regular security audits such as vulnerability analyses and penetration testing
- Planning and implementing regular training and awarenessraising measures for IT information security.
What You Bring To The Job
- Degree in business informatics or computer science, and further education in IT & information security (CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.)
- Indepth knowledge and experience in risk and information security management (incl. ISO 27001, NIST, CIS)
- Motivated to develop in a dynamic, digital environment
- Independent worker who enjoys contributing to a dynamic environment.
