Your Profile
- University degree in computer science or a related field
- Familiarity with robotics and a strong mathematical foundation (trajectory planning, vibration compensation, implementation of FEM models in code)
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with professionals across different levels and functions: possessing holistic, analytical thinking, and empathy
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in cutting-edge software development
- Experience leading high-caliber teams for 3-5 years
- Embrace a transformative leadership approach
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, goal-oriented international setting that values diverse cultures
- Display authority to provide clear guidance to your software team members
- Embrace continuous learning and demonstrate a proactive attitude towards taking ownership
- Strong command of English; proficiency in German is advantageous
