- Unterstützen bei der Umsetzung und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Customer Experience Strategie
- Verankern der Kundenorientierung durch z.B. Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Weiterentwicklung sowie Umsetzung des bereichsübergreifenden Change Programmes
- Mitverantwortlich für die Kommunikation & Stakeholdermanagement für das Produkt-und Kanalmangement
- Mitarbeit und fachliche Unterstützung beim Setup von neuen Projekten, Dienstleistungen und Services für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden
**Anforderungsprofil**
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung - idealerweise in der Finanzbranche
- Von Vorteil Weiterbildung oder praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Experience oder Change Management und grosse Bereitschaft, sich vertieftes Wissen anzueignen
- Leidenschaft und Drive, um die Kundenperspektive im Konzern laufend einzubringen, Veränderungen anzustossen und gemeinsam voranzutreiben
- Souveränes Auftreten, empathisches und überzeugendes Kommunizieren, Fähigkeit, Menschen zu begeistern
- Umsetzungsstark mit entsprechendem Leistungsnachweis
- Sehr gute konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, analytisches und strategisches Denken
