Wir sind mehr als 1.200 Digital-Expert*innen mit Know-how in Digital-Strategien, MarTech-Plattformen, Werbemittel, UX, CRM, Daten, Commerce, Mobile, Social Media, Intranet und CMS. Dabei arbeiten wir mit unseren Partnern Adobe, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, Sitecore, SAP uvm.

Stellenbeschreibung
- Entwicklung von flexiblen und gut strukturierten Frontend-Architekturen (inkl. REST API und GraphQL), sowohl auf Basis unserer Plattformen Adobe Experience Cloud, Sitecore, Magnolia CMS, SAP Commerce Cloud als auch für unsere Custom Frameworks wie und Gatsby
- Fachliches Führen von (Projekt-)Teams sowie Unterstützung und Weiterbildung von Teammitgliedern
- Evaluierung von Markttrends für den Projekteinsatz
- Vertretung der Frontend-Lösungen beim Kunden
- Verantwortung für Security Themen, Dokumentation und Teststrategien
- Internes Vorantreiben neuer Themen und Weiterentwicklung der firmeninternen Standards

Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes Informatikstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung - idealerweise im Agenturumfeld
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Teammitgliedern - idealerweise auch in Off
- oder Nearshoring setups
- Vertieftes Wissen über Frontend-Architekturen und übergreifende Themen, wie z.B. Performance-Optimierung, Testing, Release Management, Webstandards, Progressive Enhancement, Usability, Infrastruktur, Debugging, SSR, SSG, Progressive Web Apps und agile Methodiken
- Breites Interesse auch an Schnittstellenthemen wie Backend-Technologien und UI/UX-Thematiken
- Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Verantwortungs
- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Beratung und Kommunktionationsfähigkeit auf Kunden-Niveau
