**PROJECT MANAGER 100% (M/W/D) / FEST**

**TÄTIGKEITSGEBIET**
- Globale Verantwortung für mehrere parallele kundenspezifische Isolator-Projekte einschließlich der zugehörigen Luftbehandlungsanlagen von der endgültigen Projektvorfreigabe bis zum Projektabschluss: Projektziele, Kundenzufriedenheit, Erreichung der Qualitäts-, Budget
- und Zeitplanziele
- Führen, Koordinieren, Motivieren und Managen eines multidisziplinären Projektteams zur Erreichung der Projektziele Stellen Sie eine ausdrucksstarke Kommunikation und Gesamtprojektkoordination zwischen allen Projektbeteiligten intern / extern sicher
- Koordinieren Sie die täglichen Herausforderungen effizient und effektiv, einschließlich schwieriger und zeitkritischer Situationen
- Erstellen und überwachen Sie Kosten
- und Zeitplanprognosen während der gesamten Projektphasen und initiieren und kommunizieren Sie gegebenenfalls Maßnahmen
- Vorbereiten und Führen von Kunden
- und Partnermeetings intern und extern (weltweit)
- Bewerten Sie regelmäßig den Projektstatus und berichten Sie dem Management
- Überwachung der Umsetzung von Kunden
- und regulatorischen Anforderungen (GMP - Good Manufacturing Practice sowie MRL Maschinenrichtlinie)

**ANFORDERUNGEN**

Hardskills
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement (mind Jahre)
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Projektteams in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und Einsatz von Microsoft Teams in Projektmeetings
- Erfahrungen im pharmazeutischen Umfeld sind von Vorteil
- FH / Bachelor
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
