Tasks

Do you like a startup feeling within a renowned, innovative company? Join us from the beginning and help us achieve our goals with your experience:

  • Learning Management System Business Product Owner and therefore responsible for the business process, process design and decisions related to the LMS platform
  • Learning Management System Administrator and therefore responsible for the continuous development of the platform
  • Holding accountability for the endtoend customer learning cycle: needs analysis, program design, selection of interventions, program evaluation, and continuous improvements
  • Understand business specifics and collaborate with business specialists to develop, create and/or propose new content/assets for the eLearning platform by yourself our with an external partner
  • Define KPIs to track and interpret data and analytics about usage, attendance, evaluations and other metrics
  • Power User/ 2nd level support to worldwide customers and interface to other Stäubli divisions
  • Backend management, content/asset management and global support for our external eLearning platform
Profil

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, communications or similar qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a highperformance sales organization in Learning & Development
  • Proven experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Cornerstone
  • Capability to create didactically and technically correct training content with common tools e.g. Articulate
  • Project Management and change management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, further languages desirable
  • Occasional travel may be required (10%)
